The Harari Residence, in Woodside, CA, featured a dedicated child play area attached to the kitchen to make it easy for the parents to cook and watch the children at the same time, as well as abundant natural light.

Lafayette Ave was a Brooklyn apartment with a tiny kitchen - the challenge: to maximize both storage and counter space without increasing the size of the kitchen. I did this by limiting the range to a two-burner, rotating the fridge so it opened to the hall, and then adding wall storage and counter space to its side.
